Trading via coinpass is available to those resident in our permitted jurisdictions and aged 18 and over.

Our Know Your Customer (KYC) process is an essential part of our onboarding process that helps us ensure that our clients really are who they say they are – it’s in line with the licensing requirements laid out by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). OANDA Coinpass Limited is registered with the FCA. To apply for an account, we’ll need to verify your email address, phone number and identity via an automated process. Finally, we’ll conduct a liveness check – you’ll take a selfie, a picture of your most recent ID document (such as your driving licence or passport), and go through a short liveness test video.
You will need to complete a short appropriateness questionnaire to ensure investing in crypto is right for you, and that you fully understand the risk involved in crypto trading. Once you complete the short questionnaire, you’ll have 24 hours to opt-out of opening your account in case you change your mind.
